Welcome to Key2Spain. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Key2Spain provides relocation and personal assistant services for individuals moving to or living in Spain. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with administrative procedures (e.g., NIE/TIE appointments, town hall registration)

• Guidance for banking, utilities, and school enrollment

• Support with local services (transport, healthcare, shopping, etc.)

• Personalized advice and recommendations for settling in Spain

Key2Spain does not sell, rent, or directly manage properties. Any services provided through third-party contractors are subject to their own terms and conditions.

2. Membership & Payments

1. To access Key2Spain services, users must pay a €100 deposit.

2. Payment Methods: All payments are processed online via Wix, PayPal, POS, QR codes, or other approved platforms.

3. Cancellation & Refunds:

   • Membership can be canceled at any time.

   • Full refund is available if canceled within 72 hours of payment.

   • Cancellations after 72 hours:

     • 50% charge applies during the first 90 days.

     • 75% charge applies after the first 90 days.

4. Refunds for services obtained via third-party providers are subject to the third party’s own terms and conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Users must not engage in spam, scams, illegal activity, or share illegal content using Key2Spain services or systems.

2. Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and making payments.

4. No Guarantees

Key2Spain provides no guarantees or warranties regarding third-party services, administrative outcomes, or other results. All information is shared transparently to help users make their own decisions.

5. Liability

1. Key2Spain is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of our services, except where explicitly stated.

2. Any service performed by third parties is solely the responsibility of the third-party provider.

6. Privacy & Cookies

1. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies and similar technologies are used as described in our Cookies Policy.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

1. These T&C are governed by the laws of Spain.

2. Any disputes must be submitted to Key2Spain immediately. We will respond within 60 days.

8. Changes to Terms

Key2Spain may update these T&C at any time. Users will be notified via the website or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
